Shipping

Winning bidders are contacted by an auction representative at the conclusion of the auctions. Auction representatives will start calling winning bidders Friday morning Nov 2 at 9am(at the telephone number provided in your account).

If we cannot contact you by Friday, Nov 2 at 3pm, we may offer the product to the next highest bidder.  If you will not be accessible by phone on the 2^nd of November, please e-mail Marc Barylo by 6 pm on November 2^nd, at marc.barylo@signofhope.ab.ca .

Through the telephone calls made by the Auction representatives, winning bidders will receive instructions on where and how their items may be picked up or delivered. Thanks for your support and cooperation!

a lot! 3 hours of host bar, including wine, beer, select liquor and non-alcoholic beverages crudites of fresh vegetables with dill ranch dip fresh seasonal fruit with berry yogurt dip Mediterranean hummus and spinach dip with pita wedges Cold Canapes including smoked salmon on herbed toast, rosted beef roulade with dijon mustard and horseradish, prosciutto melon skewers, herbed brie with roasted pecans Hot Canapes including chicken satays, Thai-style spring rolls with lemongrass salsa, mini-quiches, noodle-wrapped shrimp.
