While in Vancouver, enjoy the West Coast Experience from your home base at the Georgian Court Hotel - 2 nights accommodation for two in a deluxe guest room at this newly renovated 4-star boutique hotel, located in downtown Vancouver's Theatre District, close to Robson Street, Yaletown, Rogers Arena and BC Place. Hotel stay includes room and tax only. Experience donated by VIA Rail Canada and Georgian Court Hotel.

Winning bidders are contacted by an auction representative at the conclusion of the auctions. Auction representatives will start calling winning bidders Friday morning Nov 2 at 9am(at the telephone number provided in your account).

Train Travel must be completed before December 1, 2013.
From VIA Rail, "Travellers are responsible for all lodging, food and beverage expenses, except as provided on board, as included in the class of service. Travellers are responsible for all travel expenses to and from departure and arrival stations." So with this "Sleeper Touring" Class, you're fully taken care of while on the train (except for alcohol & gratuities).
In Vancouver, 2 nights room & tax at Georgian Court, valid until November 1, 2013. All other expenses are the travellers' own.
