Introducing the new Bid BoxUsers of CampusAuctionMarket.com will have realized that there isnow a 2nd bid box now that allows users to place a max bid and a normal bid. The max bid is the maximum amount you want to pay, or a proxy bid. The computer will bid on your behalve, up to the max bid amount. The computer only bids as much as is needed to become the high bidder. Bid amount is the amount to which you want the current high bid to jump. If you only want the high bid to increase by the minimum bid amount, this bid should be equal to “Minimum for next bid” (which is the current high bid + the bid increment).
